After completing her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Dhaka University, Afroza naturally followed her father’s footsteps into business. She led Monno Group successfully for over 10 years as Managing Director and became Chairwoman in 2017. Afroza has become one of the leading women in business in Bangladesh and is an active leader in the wider Manikganj community. In addition to her role in Monno, Afroza is a Director in the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA).

Graduating from Dhaka University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Moynul joined Monno Ceramic in 1984. Showing great potential and moving up the ranks, he was instrumental in setting up Monno Fabrics and Monno Attire. His commitment and zeal for the Group has led to years of continuous growth. He now oversees the strategic outlook of the whole group as well as mentoring new directors. He is also the Senior Vice President of the Bangladesh Ceramics Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BCMEA).

Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid, the wife of Late Harunar Rashid Khan Monno, was born in Galimpur under Nababganj Upazilla of Dhaka District on June 24, 1948. With the sole support of her husband H. R. Khan has long served as the Director, Managing Director and Chairman of various organizations of Monno Group of Industries. She is currently holding the position of Managing Director of Monno Jute Stafflers Ltd, Sponsor Director of Monno Ceramic Industries Ltd, Monno Bone China Ltd, Monno Attire Ltd, Monno Power Generation & Distribution Ltd, Chairman of Monno Fabrics Ltd as well as Chairperson of Monno Welfare Foundation. She established a secondary educational Institute called “Huron Nahar High School” for public welfare. She set up a 'Huron Nahar Coronary Care' unit at Holy Family Hospital in Dhaka.

Rasheed achieved a first-class honors Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. He has industry experience from renowned oil and gas companies Conoco Phillips and KBR. He joined the group with a focus in Monno Ceramic as an Operations Director in 2008. He started by working on the factory floor to get a comprehensive knowledge about tableware manufacturing. Slowly moving up the corporate ladder, he has been appointed as the Managing Director in 2019, who oversees all operations, splitting his time between the head office in the city and the factory in the industrial district of Savar. During his tenure, he has successfully implemented state of the art manufacturing machineries in the factory which has significantly improved Monno’s product quality and increased their capacity by more than 60%. He ensures the factory is running to the best of its ability, while managing and implementing Monno’s global strategy. He is also one of the youngest Vice President of the Bangladesh Ceramic Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BCMEA) and a Director of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI). This allows him to work closely with other business leaders of the country to implement strategies and policies with the Bangladesh Government to further enhance the private business sector. Rasheed is the third generation leading the Monno Group. Upholding the legacy created by his grandfather, the late founder of Monno Group, Mr. Harunar Rashid Khan Monno, Rasheed always aimed to be the bridge between the almost four-decade old heritage and the modern traits of the 21st century. His various activities in e-commerce, digital and retail marketing sector reflects this very vision. He has rejuvenated the brand legacy of Monno by robust social media marketing and establishing four retail outlets in Dhaka city and one in Chittagong.

Graduated from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology in Mechanical Engineering in 1980. Joined TSS (A Joint Venture Industry with Siemens AG, Germany, manufacturer of Telecommunication Equipment in Bangladesh. Got German Government Scholarship for overseas training in manufacturing technology with different German industries in 1981-82. Vastly experienced in designing, installation, commissioning of power plants, cement industries, water & waste treatment and many more. Joined Monno Agro & General Machinery Ltd as Technical Advisor in 2018.
